Ryetec RIOT

The Ryetec Riot is built around four key elements. Optional front cutting discs ensure the machine moves smoothly through debris, significantly reducing the risk of blockages. These are followed by a depth-adjustable tine, adjustable between 150-400 mm. The tines are spaced 500 mm apart, with a 260 mm point-to-point offset, ensuring complete removal of compaction across the full working width.

The next step is the cleverly designed, hydraulically adjustable cutting discs, which can be set aggressively or shallow to suit individual field conditions and agricultural requirements. This allows effective soil mixing before final consolidation with the hydraulically adjustable packer roller.

The machine is designed to reduce the need for traditional tillage and create an ideal seedbed in a single pass.

  • Removable front cutting disc as an option to limit debris build-up ahead of the tine.

  • Easy adjustment of tine depth with a wide range of variants available.

  • Hydraulically depth and angle adjustable two-row mixing discs.

  • Hydraulic automatic reset or shear bolt protection on tines.

  • Hydraulically depth-adjustable packer roller with quick-clean system as standard.

Ryetec Restorer ALD-E

The Ryetec Restorer ALD-E is designed for use on arable land to relieve compaction and soil damage caused by previous operations, restoring the soil before cultivation or sowing. By combining a cutting disc and a low-disturbance point that crushes subsoil and breaks any pans, it reduces compaction and improves drainage, causing minimal disturbance to the soil surface. Available with either full automatic reset or shear protection system. Shares features with the ALD-S Restorer, but is a standalone machine intended for use with a packer roller.

  • Available in working widths of 3, 4, 5 and 6 metres.

  • Hydraulically depth-adjustable re-packing roller.

  • Shear protection for tines – where conditions are unlikely to cause repeated blockages (automatic reset function available).

  • 20 mm Hardox tines, depth adjustable up to 300 mm – for high resistance to damage and wear with precise and easy depth adjustment.

  • Heavy-duty swivel discs and tines – allowing easy manoeuvring around obstacles.

Ryetec Restorer ALD-S

The Ryetec Restorer ALD is designed to relieve compaction and soil damage caused by previous cultivation, restoring soil prior to planting or sowing, to meet all conceivable agricultural requirements. A large diameter cutting disc with a low-disturbance point minimises surface disruption by avoiding inversion of the soil profile while fracturing soil structure to relieve compaction damage. This promotes nitrogen mineralisation, root development and drainage for the following crop. This versatile machine can be used in various configurations.

  • Front-mounted unit with rear-mounted cultivator, seed drill or combination.

  • Rear-mounted standalone machine with optional rear packer and/or seeding equipment.

  • Rear-mounted unit with hydraulic drawbar option to pull cultivators or seed drills for inter-row work.

Various models available:

  • 3 / 4 / 5 m machines all built on the same 3 m base unit with folding wings.

  • 6 / 8 / 9 m machines.

  • Standard variants (S) and heavy-duty variants (H).

  • Variable tine spacing for maize and cereals with adjustable tine spacing of 500 mm and 750 mm.

  • Mounted implement (PHT version): Close-coupled tool bar with power take-off through the frame for rotary harrows etc. More information here. (Link to rotary harrows tool bar page)

  • Track eradicators with adjustable tine spacing and drawbar/linkage for large implements. (Link to track eradicators page)

  • Restorer ALD-E is a standalone tillage machine with rear packer also available (link to ALD-E page)

Ryetec WorkBox - Weightbox

The Ryetec WeightBox and WorkBox are designed to combine effective counterbalance with secure and easily accessible tool storage in a large full-width toolbox. They are fully customisable in a variety of colours to match your tractor, with your chosen logo on the front.

The boxes are designed with the modern operator in mind and act as a mobile workshop. They reduce the need to carry tools in the cab or return to the workshop when a simple repair can be done in the field. The large capacity allows the operator to carry spare machine parts, tools, vises, fuel containers, spray bottles, and more, all in a secure box sealed against dust and water.

  • A front- and rear-mounted weight block for the tractor.

  • Full-width toolbox.

  • Customisable toolbox with various options.

  • Also available with a removable underbody weight block for quick and easy removal or addition of counterbalance.

TRAKJAK

Primarily designed as a safer way to lift and support a tractor during repairs and for cleaning behind the wheels. For example, in a workshop where rear wheels frequently need to be removed for thorough cleaning before repairs. When in use, the tractor's lift arms are used to safely raise its own weight from the ground.
To operate, the tractor's lift arms connect to the Trakjak's lifting loops. When the frame is raised using the tractor's lift arms on the rollers or platform of the Trakjak, the 'lever effect' causes the tractor to lift its own weight.
Once lifted, the tractor is supported by Trakjak's solid wheels and adjustable support legs, which are set to the correct height before lowering the tractor onto them. This relieves the tractor's own hydraulics, allowing safer repair or servicing. Trakjak can even be moved around the yard on level ground at 0.5 km/h (with four-wheel drive engaged) with the tractor's rear wheels removed. This means wheels can be safely removed in the workshop using a tyre trolley and then the tractor taken out for washing.

  • Trakjak is certified for a lifting capacity of 12 tonnes.

  • Trakjak is approved for movement using its own solid rubber tyres at 0.5 km/h.
